MEET THE MAN BEHIND THE NAME
James Alexander Singleton is a former NBA player and former assistant coach of the Austin Spurs in the NBA G League. His journey began at Murray State after attending Pearl River Community College. Over 2 seasons, he averaged an impressive 13.5 points, 10.5 rebounds, and 1.9 blocks per game, earning him conference honors.
James launched his professional career in Italy, securing the Lega2 title and MVP recognition. He continued to excel in Europe, notably with Olimpia Milano, before signing a 2-year deal with the Los Angeles Clippers. His NBA journey included stints with the Washington Wizards and Dallas Mavericks, highlighting his versatility and defensive skills. He also made significant contributions in China and Israel.
